Library cards are free to anyone residing within the city limits of Pawnee City and to all non-residents who own property within the city limits. Library cards are available to anyone outside of city limits for $20 a year per family. To apply for a library card, you will need to provide a picture ID and proof of address.
Acceptable forms of photo ID:
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- Identification Card
- Student ID
- Military ID
Acceptable items for proof of current address include, but are not limited to:
- Bank or Credit Card Statement
- Utility Bill
- Lease/Vehicle Registration
- Voter ID Card
